Asking The Right Question

Yehey! Leah’s recovery is so fast, that we’re already discharged from the hospital two days after her surgery. I am so in awe of God’s amazing healing power over her.

As I read Psalm 147, I am reminded of God’s awesome love:

He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. He determines the number of the stars and calls them each by name. (Psalm 147:3-4)

I am filled with wonder and amazement, so much that I don’t have to ask why. Instead, I’m now asking myself, “WHAT NOW?”. What do I do now, knowing how God placed His favor on us?

1. I will be hopeful because His love never fails.

The Lord delights in those who fear Him, who put their hope in His unfailing love. (Psalm 147:11)

2. I will lift up praises to God.

Praise the Lord. How good it is to sing praises to our God, how pleasant and fitting to praise Him! (Psalm 147:1)
